Copyrighted images or information should not be posted on the discussion forums or used as an avatar without the consent of the owner. Violations are the responsibility of the poster. Rhinestone Designz.com will not be held responsible for member postings that may violate copyright law. If you did not create it or have permission to post it, please don't.

Advertising/Spam
The Rhinestone Designz Community is a place to discuss the business of rhinestone design and apparel. We want our community members to be able to discuss topics without having to filter through self-promotional marketing links and posts to get the information that they are looking for. Our members are looking for factual information about products and services that will help them to be successful in the rhinestone apparel industry. As community members ask other members for opinions, they are really wanting to hear from users of the products and services in order to get honest and unbiased information that will help them. If there is a product or service that you offer that others do inquire about, please respond with facts and without the sales pitch. There may be other members who participate in this community that offer similar products or services, so please be mindful and respectful of that fact when responding to posts. If a post is viewed as blatant spam, Rhinestone Designz.com retains the right to remove such posts.

Appropriate Content
Explicit, obscene or vulgar language, graphics, or behavior is not acceptable in the Rhinestone Designz forums. Posts containing such language or images will be removed. Any links to websites containing adult content or images will be removed.

Avatar Guidelines
We want you to express yourself in the Rhinestone Designz community. We encourage each of you to upload a unique avatar that will appear next to your posts. The maximum size limit for avatars is set to 140x140 pixels. Please make sure your image file size is as small as possible (under 20k) to keep page loading times to a minimum in the forums. No explicit, obscene, or vulgar images are allowed.

Signature Guidelines
For the purpose of keeping page loading times to a minimum within the forums, making navigation within the various threads easier, and following other established forum rules, the following signature guidelines are to be used:

  • No affiliate/referral links.
  • The maximum font size allowed in signature lines is "Normal".
  • The maximum number of lines in a signature is two (2).
  • No images allowed in signatures except for smilies.
  • Signature text that is too long or obtrusive will be removed.
  • Signatures cannot contain any calls to action like "Click here", "Visit my site for more information", or any other language that could be mistaken as part of the post or be misconstrued as an advertisement.
  • Signatures that do not follow these guidelines may be removed without notification.

Discussion of Site Policies
Discussions about moderator or administrator actions are welcome in email or private messages, but should not be discussed in public forums. This is out of respect for the members and moderators or policy involved.
